    An 8-12 month program designed for a learning cohort of peers. On a monthly basis, leaders explore real situations and challenges, adopt immediately applicable strategies and language, build and strengthen connections with peers, and can also receive personalized learning support through coaching.

    Leaders on the front line, leaders of leaders, and senior leaders benefit from the flexible design of this program. We align our proven content with the specific focus areas of your organization.

  • First 100 Days Teaching and Coaching

    Newly hired or promoted leaders and their managers can get the most out of an onboarding experience by growing the right skills at the right time, making sense of new situations, creating alignment on strengths and learning questions, and making progress quickly.

    We can create a new leader onboarding experience, or enhance your existing process. We blend coaching with teaching to ensure a smooth and successful transition to the leadership role.

  • Coaching

    Our coaching, teaching, and problem-solving method creates the flexibility you need to shape your big picture, learn powerful skills and strategies, and address those challenges that are uniquely yours.

    We offer coaching for individuals, for groups, and in a membership package. The process starts with a discovery of your learning goals and questions, we decide how and when to work together, and then we define and track progress.
