Evan partners with leaders and teams to grow collaboration, shape vision, craft clear plans, and grow through change and learning.
He brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, managing global teams, change management, startups, learning, and workplace technology. For the first ten years of his career, he worked in Fortune 200 companies leading teams, shaping learning strategies, implementing complex projects, and growing talent. He left the corporate world to chase a dream of being an entrepreneur.
He co-founded a nonprofit whose mission is to connect young people to organizations, issues, and institutions in Greater Cleveland, and served as its first board chair for 3 years. He led strategic initiatives and invested in several nonprofits as a member (and previous board chair) of Social Venture Partners Cleveland, an organization committed to equity and social justice by bringing diverse groups of individuals together to increase its collective impact financially and through hands-on support.
Evan has degrees in business (marketing), telecommunications, and information systems from Ohio University. Evan and his family live in Chesterland.
